Head Chef

With over fifteen years of experience working in acclaimed seafood restaurants across Southeast Asia and Europe, our head chef brings a rare depth of knowledge and a passionate curiosity to every dish he creates. Trained in classical French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu and further shaped by immersive stints in Bangkok, Singapore, and Lisbon, he understands that great seafood cooking is fundamentally an act of restraint — knowing when to step back and let the ingredient speak.

Returning to Nepal with a dream to redefine what oceanic dining could mean for the Kathmandu Valley, he joined The Atlantic at its founding and has been the culinary compass of our kitchen ever since. He sources with obsession, trains his team with patience, and approaches each new seasonal menu with the excitement of a debut performance.
